100A Common Mini BusBar 4*( 3/16”(4.76mm)-24)Studs Distribution Block with transparent cover Reinforced Fireproof ABS Base with tin plated pure electrical copper for maximum conductivity 2 mounting holes accept #10 (M5) screws.

It can be used as a grounding bus, however you would need to use an adequately sized conductor to connect the bus to the grounding point, because the base itself is an insulator.
